At newcopystore AG, I handled a broad range of small- and large-format print orders from initial data preparation through to final production and dispatch. In the small-format department, I produced items such as business cards, brochures, flyers and posters. I also completed finishing work, including binding, folding, laminating and other forms of document preparation. In large-format production, I assigned orders to the appropriate machines, prepared and edited print files, and managed the complete production process, including printing, cutting, folding, sorting, quality control and preparation for shipping. My responsibilities also included scanning plans, processing data received from customers and internal project teams, checking delivery documents, ordering materials and advising customers both in person and by telephone.
