During my time at newcopystore ag, I worked across both the small-format and large-format printing divisions and was involved in the complete workflow from customer enquiry to finished product. My responsibilities included producing a wide range of print products such as business cards, brochures, flyers, posters, and large-format prints, as well as operating and setting up various printing and finishing machines. I also carried out finishing tasks such as laminating, binding, folding, sorting, quality control, and preparing completed orders for dispatch. In addition, I handled print data, reviewed and partially edited files for production, and prepared plans and other documents for further processing. The role also involved regular direct contact with customers. I advised clients in person and by phone, prepared quotations, and supported them in finding suitable printing solutions for their needs. At my location, I was entrusted with the day-to-day responsibility for a small branch and worked largely independently on site, ensuring reliable customer support, smooth internal processes, and the efficient handling of orders.
