During my apprenticeship as a print technologist specializing in reprography, I gained hands-on experience in all core tasks of a reprographics business. I worked on the production of printed materials based on both analogue and digital customer originals, using small- and large-format digital printers, plotters, and high-performance copiers. This included preparing jobs for production, working with different print formats, and making sure the final results met quality expectations. The role also included customer contact and layout-related work, which meant that I not only developed technical production skills but also learned how to work directly with clients and support their requirements in a practical and solution-oriented way. This apprenticeship gave me my first solid professional foundation.
